The use of a whiteboard means that workouts become transparent, both facilitating harder work as you try to beat previous scores and encouragement from fellow CrossFitters as they recognise your achievements. CrossFit workouts are “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity”
Essentially a strength and conditioning Brand, CrossFit combines a complexity of exercises to deliver outstanding results in both health and fitness. We use comparatively shorter yet more intense bouts of work to provide a more favourable adaptation to exercise.
CrossFit promotes and enables “Optimized physical competence” in each of the following 10 recognized fitness domains;
CrossFit defines fitness as “increased work capacity across broad time and modal domain” Its program achieves this by provoking neurologic and hormonal adaptations across all metabolic pathways and by forever keeping the body guessing.

Based around a more primitive model of fitness, you won’t find any machines in our Gym, instead expect to lift, push, pull, jump and sprint your way to a more fitter and functional you, just like our ancient ancestors did.
